When it comes to road trips, California has a lot to offer. Last weekend we drove down to sunny & laid back Santa Cruz.. and you know when it comes to road trips - always take the scenic route!

After we fueled up we were ready to hit the road.
The drive on Highway One offers jaw dropping panoramas of the Pacific Coast, romantic beach towns, and rocky alcoves to discover - its a wonder that we made it to Santa Cruz on time.
After an adventurous day we finally made it to Santa Cruz and stopped at The Verve for a cup of their award winning single-origin coffee. Combined with the trendy ambiance, friendly baristas, and superb coffee - The Verve is a can't miss if you're visiting Santa Cruz.
Simple, easy days like this one - filled with careless moments of pure joy - are the ones that I cherish the most.
